TREB is the real estate board for Toronto, North York, Scarborough and all of the Greater Toronto Area – one of the largest housing markets in Canada. Although the real estate industry is booming, it is also highly competitive. A NAR study reported that an estimated 87 percent of all new agents fail within the first five years, with only 13 percent of agents being able to make it.
